About The Lodge Table
My journey started in my grandparents’ kitchens. My grandmother was a private chef in Germany, and my grandfather cooked in the Army before carrying that passion throughout his life. They taught me that food is far more than something we eat.
Over the years, I carried that lesson into restaurant kitchens, country clubs, hunting lodges, family gatherings, hospitality, event planning, and the classroom. Along the way, I discovered that some of our most meaningful conversations happen while preparing a meal together.
That is the experience I want to share through The Lodge Table. I combine culinary training with hands-on teaching to break down practical steps, explain why they work, and help you make every dish your own. Great food does not have to be complicated.
From field to fork, campfire to kitchen, and everyday dinners to special celebrations, this is a place to honor the harvest, respect the ingredients, and create experiences that feed both the body and the soul.
